About the Event
This class is more physically challenging than the All Levels class, this yoga class incorporates conscious breath-work, vinyasa flows, sun salutations, and balance poses to stretch and strengthen the body, at a faster pace with longer holds, with modifications for your level of practice. Instructor is Eileen Mercolino and a nominal $15 fee will be charged.
