The Woman’s Club 5,000 square foot building was initially built in 1950 and underwent a renovation in 2018. The unique Mid-Century contemporary light and airy style has retained its appeal through the decades. The Clubhouse can accommodate 300 auditorium-style or 170 dining for special functions and events. There is limited on-site parking for the use by our guests.
Charitable and Nonprofit Organizations may rent the PPWC Clubhouse for special occasions benefiting our community, such as fundraising events, school dances, workshops, auctions, educational events and classes.
The clubhouse has approximately 200 chairs, ten 6’ rectangular tables, twenty 60” round tables and 5 round high-top tables that can be used during your event. You must supply your own linens.
Rental Rates:
Monday through Thursday: $200/hour
Friday through Sunday: $300/hour with a Three (3) hour minimum
All rentals need to provide proof of insurance, a security deposit and a custodian fee in addition to the rental fee. Renter is fully responsible for the clean-up of the Clubhouse immediately following an event.
If you are interested in holding a weekly meeting the rental rate is $1oo/hour. Proof of insurance is required.
