Clubhouse Rentals

The Woman’s Club’s 5,000-square-foot building was originally constructed in 1950 and beautifully renovated in 2018. Its distinctive mid-century contemporary design offers a bright, open, and airy space that has retained its charm and appeal through the decades.

The Clubhouse can accommodate up to 300 guests in auditorium-style seating or 170 guests for seated dining, making it an ideal venue for a variety of special functions and community events. Limited on-site parking is available for guests.

Charitable and nonprofit organizations may rent the PPWC Clubhouse for community-benefiting events such as fundraising events, school dances, workshops, auctions, educational events and classes.

Rental Rate

$100 per hour. (updated March 2026)

Additional Requirements

​All rentals require:

​​

• Proof of insurance

• A security deposit

• A custodian fee (in addition to the rental fee)
  ​

Renters are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse immediately following their event.

Included with Rental

​The clubhouse provides the following furnishings for your event:

​

• Approximately 200 chairs

• Ten 6-foot rectangular tables

• Twenty 60-inch round tables

• Five round high-top tables
   

Please note: Linens are not provided and must be supplied by the renter.
