Guest Speaker: Amanda Stein

Amanda Stein is a registered dietitian with a Masters in Nutritional Biochemistry. She is a Palisadian and works locally in private practice and teaches at several of our schools and institutions. In addition, Amanda is the consulting dietitian for books’ Shape Up or Bite Me and Feed Muscle, Shrink Fat. Amanda makes understanding the way the human body operates easy, providing helpful tips on how to maximize ones’ health, longevity, and energy. In recent months, Amanda has received her certification in pediatric and adult weight management, as well as type two diabetes. Her passion and knowledge make her a unique find.
