Sound Bath Healing Session with Dr. Heidi Sonn

As a licensed chiropractor and certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor, Dr. Heidi Sonn has enhanced her practice with sound and meditation healing as well as empowerment coaching.

A sound bath is a sound healing journey, and the sound bather/healer plays a soothing fluid flow of sounds using a variety of ancient instruments, subtle vibrations and tones. Come experience a calming canvas of sounds in a safe space. The Sound Bath will nourish many levels of your mind, body and heart spirit. Participants will feel recharged, refreshed, rejuvenated and recalibrated.

Please bring a blanket and pillow(s), bolsters and an exercise or yoga mat to create your most comfortable space. Please practice self-care and do not attend if you are not feeling well or have a cough (we will send you good vibes).
